0:00 Activity and the Monthly Pulse
In this video you'll find any transaction in Hunter Vault. Everything you log ends up in Activity. Tap it.
At the top, Monthly Pulse sums up the month: income, spending, debt payments and your net cash flow. Tap the little i to see how net cash flow works.
It's your income minus spending and debt payments. Moving money between your own accounts doesn't count. Tap OK.
0:29 Tabs: expenses, income, transfers and more
Below that, your transactions are grouped by day, newest first. Use the tabs to show one type at a time: expenses, income or transfers.
More has the rest: debt payments, goal contributions and receivables. Tap the x to close the tab.
0:50 Filter by account or category
To see a single account, tap All Accounts and pick one.
Now it only shows the purchases on my Visa card.
Tap Filters to narrow it down by category. Pick Transportation, then tap Apply. Now only the gas shows.
To go back, open Filters, tap Clear All, then Apply. And switch the account back to All Accounts.
1:16 Switch months and search a month
The arrows switch months. I only started tracking this month, so September is empty. Tap the other arrow to come back.
To find something by name, tap the search icon and type. I'll look for the corner store.
Tap a result to open it, check the details or make changes.
1:37 Search everything from Home
Activity search only looks inside the month you're viewing. To search everything, go home and tap the search button. It looks through all your expenses, income, debts, goals and recurring transactions, by name, amount, category or notes.
Next in Everyday Tracking, we'll organize your categories and subcategories. Links to download Hunter Vault are in the description.
