Shopee Profit Calculator — How It Works

Why Shopee sellers should calculate net profit

Selling on Shopee feels simple — list a product, set a price, watch sales come in. But the number that lands in your seller wallet is never the number on the price tag. Calculating net profit before you launch a product protects your margin from day one and stops you from joining campaigns that quietly lose money.

Gross sales are not the same as profit

A ₱500 sale doesn't mean ₱500 in your pocket. After Shopee's commission, service fees, transaction fees, and withholding tax, your actual payout can drop by 20–25% — before you even subtract product cost, packaging, and shipping. Profit lives in what's left after all of those.

How to use the Shopee Profit Calculator

Enter your product cost, current or planned selling price, and any packaging or shipping you cover. The fee percentages are pre-filled with common Shopee defaults — adjust them to match your category or seller tier. Set your target profit, and the calculator instantly shows your real margin and the price you'd need to charge to hit that target.

How to price products after Shopee fees

Start from total cost (product + packaging + shipping you absorb), divide by 1 minus your total fee rate, then add the profit you want. That's your recommended price. Always check the break-even price first — if a voucher or flash-sale discount drops the final price below it, every order becomes a loss, no matter how many you sell.
